ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the Greater Chennai Corporation would submit that the enforcement actions have commenced and the building is under lock and seal at present with effect from 11.06.2025.

2. The Corporation is bound to continue the enforcement actions and ensure that the action is completed in all respects as expeditiously as possible. Since there is no wilful contempt, the petition stands closed. No costs. It is needless to state that in the absence of any impediment, the authorities are bound to continue and conclude the enforcement actions without causing any undue delay.
