This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the Respondent for the daring, wilful and wanton disobedience of order dated 09.04.2025 made in A.No. 121 of 2025 in Arb. Appln. No. 651 of 2024 by this Court. 2.The parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. They have filed a joint memo of compromise dated 24.03.2026 before this Court. The same has been signed by all the parties to the dispute and the respective counsels. The joint compromise memo is taken on record and the same shall form part of the order.

3.Since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, this Contempt Petition is closed.
