ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance with the order of this Court dated 22.10.2024.

2. This Court, by an order dated 22.10.2024, directed the second respondent to conclude the enquiry and take appropriate action within a period of six months.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent would complete the investigation. Since various documents had been collected other departments, the respondent requires six months time to complete the enquiry. 2 / 4

4. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
