ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No.23 of 2013, on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.113 of 2018 and submitted its before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Salem, hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner herein has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.No.14945 of 2017 is closed.
