ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent. With the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

Seeking a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 22nd June, 2015, the instant writ petition has been filed.

Learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent/Registrar General submits that taking note of the appeal dated 22nd June, 2015, a communication was sent to the petitioner to submit more informations. On receipt of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

informations from the petitioner, a remark was called from the Principal District Judge, Karur, which was submitted on 23rd December, 2015. Thereafter, some time was taken to consider the same. He further submits that the respondent/ Registrar General will take appropriate decision on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

In view of the aforestated submission made by the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent, no order is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
