This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant Education Loan to the petitioner herein for the payment of College fees for the academic years 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that, by this time the petitioner would have completed the course, therefore, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Court is of the view that, the petitioner would have completed the course as early as in the year 2018-2019 itself and that may be the reason why the petitioner has not shown any interest in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
