O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to consider his representation dated 12.08.2024 seeking inclusion of his name in the computerized joint patta bearing No.450 in respect of the land situated in S.No.190/5 to the extent of 37 cents at Singalkombai Village, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is entitled to 37 cents of land in S.No.190/5 as per the partition deed dated 15.05.1967 vide Doc.No.1092/1967. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation on 12.08.2024 before the respondents seeking inclusion of his name in the joint patta and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2024 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and other interested parties.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
