This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the Investigating Officer /2nd respondent relating to Crime No.2509 of 2017 pending on the file of 2nd respondent to any other appropriate official to investigate the same.

2. It is seen from records that a man missing complaint is pending before the respondent Police in Crime No.2509 of 2017.

3. The respondent Police is directed to proceed further with the investigation in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in K.Sukumari .vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar and Others reported in [2018 2 LW Crl 636].
