ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for mercy, by submitting that the fruit and vegetable vending is the only source of livelihood of the petitioner and some time may be granted to vacate the premises.

2. Learned counsel for the Corporation, who appears on advance copy, submits that the petitioner was required to vacate the premises much earlier, as notice was issued long back on 14.02.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner disputes service of notice.

3. Be that as it may, keeping in view the prayer made by the petitioner, we grant 45 days to the petitioner to vacate the premises.

4. Since this order is being passed on the petitioner's own request to grant time, no further indulgence shall be granted, and if the premises is not vacated within 45 days, it will be treated as breach of undertaking given to this Court.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.34471 of 2025 is closed. (MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA, CJ.)
