2. When the matter was taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioners and the respondent. On 04.07.2019, this original petition has been adjourned finally to today (15.07.2019) on the ground that the learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready and it was made clear that if the petitioner counsel is not ready on 15.07.2019, the petition will be dismissed for default. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
