This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20592/2024 dated 02.09.2024 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and nature of offences and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
