This petition has been filed to amend the offence under Sections 326(a), 303(2) of BNS r/w under section 21(1) of MMDR Act instead of under Sections 326(a), 303(2) of BNS in Crl.O.P.No. 22352 of 2024 on 12.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Since this petition is pending before this Court, one month time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order copy and issue a fresh order copy in Crl.O.P.No.22352 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024 to the parties.
