This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case from the third respondent police to some other special agencies for investigation pertaining to Crime No.480 of 2017 dated 29.09.2017 on the file of the third respondent police and to file the final report in a time bound period.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.480 of 2017 dated 29.09.2017 is pending for the period of two years, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation as the transferring would affect the investigation. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.480 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to monetor the investigation and the third respondent also ensured and complete the investigation within the stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
