This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 215 days in re-presenting the above appeal suit.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five hundred only) as costs to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
