This application has been filed to grant extension of time to complete the Arbitral proceedings on the file of the Sole Arbitrator. 2.Mr.Y.Prakash, learned counsel for the respondent has made an endorsement that he has no objection to allow this application, filed for extension of period for a period of six months for passing the Award from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
