The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to evict the petitioner Company from the occupation of the Land in Survey No.186/3B2A, Kurichi Village, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore District except by following due process of law.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property, however, the respondents are trying to evict the petitioner from the property, without due process of law, which is not sustainable. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the entire property is Boomi Dhan land 2/4

belonging to Tamil Nadu Boomi Dhan Board, however, the petitioner's possession will be interfered with only by following due process of law.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
