It is seen from the Court records that the defendant was set ex-parte as early as on 05.10.2023 and not steps have been taken by him to set aside the same.

2. The present application has been filed to receive the additional documents mentioned in the schedule to the accompanying Judges summons, on record in C.S.No.16 of 2018.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

4. The said document clearly establishes that the defendant had acknowledged the liability and this Court is also satisfied with the reason as to why the said document has not been filed along with the plaint. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.
