ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the order of the first respondent dated 5.8.2010 in G.O.Ms.No.697, Home (Transport-5) Department and consequential order of the second respondent dated 17.6.2015 in R.No.22370/H1/2008 and quash the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in W.P.Nos.30630 to 30632 of 2015 dated 29.09.2015, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

granted permission to the petitioners therein to submit their representations before the respondents for consideration and pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks and till the disposal of the representations, directed the respondents to maintain status-quo.

Mr.A. Zakir Hussain, learned Government Advocate, taking notice of the respondents, submitted that the issue involed in the present writ petition, is covered by the decision of this Court cited above.

Following the order passed in the said writ petitions, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation with in a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the same shall be considered and necessary orders be passed by the respondents, within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till such time, there shall be an order of status quo to be maintained. No costs. Consequently, connected Mps are closed.
