PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent Government of Tamil Nadu to pass orders under Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act for the reference of the industrial dispute raised by the petitioner union on 02.12.2016 and 15.09.2016 respectively, covered under Na.Ka.Nos.A/978/2016, dated 12.07.2017 respectively, and issue such further or other appropriate directions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the Government has already passed orders in G.O.Ms.Nos.656 and 657, Labour and Employment Department, dated 26.11.2018 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in these Writ Petitions.

3. Recording the same, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
