This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order passed by this Court, dated 30.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13593 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5168 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every hearing date without fail, except for unforeseen circumstances and to co-operate with the trial.
