By the representation dated 07.05.2015, the petitioner sought for issuance of patta to the property situated at No.134, S.No.418/1, Plot No.167, to an extent of 65 cents forming part of the total extent of land measuring 1.60 cents, in Perungalathur, Chennai. As the said representation is yet to be considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.Taking note of the pendency of the aforesaid representation dated 07.05.2015, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the other concerned parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
