[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the mother of the detenue, Gowri S/o.Subramani, aged 50 years, who has been branded as 'Bootlegger' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

under orders of second respondent passed in D.O.No.76/2019-C2 dated 09.10.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the daughter of the petitioner in D.O.No.76/2019-C2 dated 09.10.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4886, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
