ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit the petitioner trust has

given a representation dated 02.03.2022 seeking permission to operate the A/C No.429674327 through its President T.Rajevelu, Secretary V.Jaganathan and Treasurer S.Babu. However, the same was not considered. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that now new set of President as well as Secretary and Trustees were appointed by conducting election. Therefore, he seeks time to get instruction.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent will permit the petitioner trust to operate the bank account upon the production of an appropriate resolution.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. In view of the fact that the Petitioner Trust has already elected a new set of office-bearers through a duly conducted election, this Court hereby directs the Petitioner Trust to produce a copy of the resolution authorizing the operation of its bank account before the Respondent. The Respondent is, in turn, directed to accept said resolution and permit the Petitioner Trust to operate the account forthwith.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
