This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, to expedite the trial and conclude the case within a time bound of short period pertaining to C.C.No.178 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.2 at Nagapattinam.

2.Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the documents available on record.

3.It is seen from the records that C.C.No.178 of 2016, is pending from the year 2016. Considering the case is of the year 2016, it would be appropriate to fix the time limit to complete the trial. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No. II, Nagapattinam is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
