This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the decretal copy of the order passed by the X Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in E.A.No.2 of 2019 in E.P.No.1070 of 2016 in O.S.No.4194 of 2007 dated 18.09.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, though the petitioner applied for certified copy of the decree as well as the fair order, only the certified copy of the fair order was made ready and the same was filed in this revision due to urgency. The decretal copy of the order is yet to be made ready and hence, he seeks indulgence from this Court to dispense with.

3.In view of the aforesaid reasons, this petition is ordered, on condition that, the revision petitioner shall get the decretal order from the Court below and produce the same before this Court at a later point of time.
