This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 22.06.2023 in Crl.OP.No.13322 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., 1st Saturday of every month for three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
