PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to pass an order of transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.128 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein viz. The Inspector of Police, Sipcot Police Station, Vellore District to the file of the Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Vellore, Vellore District or any other competent investigating agency for proper investigation and to file a report before competent court. ORDER

The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that initially the FIR was registered in Crime No.128 of 2014 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. Subsequently, on the basis of the materials discovered during the course of investigation, the FIR has been altered for the offences under Sections 279 and 304-A IPC and the investigation is pending.
