C O M M O N O R D E R The short ground on which the petitioner's bail granted by the Trial Court came to be cancelled is that, he had failed to comply with the condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM. Such a condition has also been ratified by this Court, when the same was put under challenge.

2. The only ground on which the petitioner now seeks to challenge the order cancelling the bail is that, they are willing to cooperate with the investigation by reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that among the pending cases, two cases have been compromised and are yet to be compounded.

3. In the light of the submissions made, this Court is inclined to take a lenient view and give one more opportunity to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by the Trial Court in connection with Crime Nos.161 of 2018, 495 of 2018 and 180 of 2019, on the file of the respondent herein.

4. Accordingly, the impugned orders dated 09.09.2019 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Special Court for CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai, are set aside. Consequently, the petitioner herein shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further indulgence would be extended to the petitioner herein seeking for any further modification, without complying with the order of this court.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petitions stand disposed of.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
