ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted to direct the first respondent to produce the daughter of the petitioner / Selvi.M.Lakshmi aged about 25years.

2. The first respondent produced the detenue before this Court. The petitioner who is the mother of the detenue is also present before this Court.

3. We have examined the detenue and the petitioner. The detenue made a submission she had been compelled by her parents to marry and therefore, she left the parental home and stayed at Tiruppur, by securing a job at Tiruppur. However, the police traced out the detenue and presently the detenue has joined with her parents and expressed her willingness to continue to stay with her parents. The mother of the detenue also stated that they will not herein after force the detenue to get married to a person of their choice and it is absolutely the individual decision of the detenue,

regarding her marriage.

4. Since, the detenue is not under illegal detention and now joined in her parental house and no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
