The Criminal Original Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 06.10.2023, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, in para 1 of the order copy, the alleged offences has been mentioned as Sections 279 and 430 of IPC r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Development Regulation Act 1957 instead of Sections 379 and 430 of IPC r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Development Regulation Act 1957. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the above submission, the error is corrected and the para 1 of the order shall be read as follows: "The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 430 of IPC r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Development Regulation Act 1957 in Crime No.649 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail."

4. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy and the time already granted by this Court is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
