Mr.M.Ganesan, who is serving as Secondary Grade Teacher, suffered departmental proceedings, pursuant to the charge memo, dated 06.08.2014 and since the enquiry officer has already submitted his report, in the first week of January' 2016 and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same has been forwarded to the Department, he has come up before this Court for a direction to pass final orders on the departmental proceedings.

Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents sought for eight weeks' time, for passing final orders on the departmental proceedings. 3.

Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, the 1st respondent is directed to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
