ORDER

The petitioner, who was appointed as Physical Education Teacher on 21.6.99 in Government Tribal Residential Higher Secondary School, Aasanoor, Erode District, has been shown in the promotional panel list for the post of BT Assistant as Serial No.6 by the second respondent. But his grievance is that he has not been promoted as BT Assistant till now. In this regard, he has also given a representation on 29.1.2016. But the same has not been considered. Therefore, he has come to this Court.

2. Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. This Court, considering the limited prayer, without going to the merits, hereby directs the first respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 29.1.2016 on merits, in the light of the recommendation made by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3209-2015-Tha.1 dated.01.2016, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
