order dated 26.06.2023 made in W.P.No.18578 of 2023. 2.The grievance of the writ petitioner was that the RERA Authorities without providing opportunity of personal hearing hurriedly passed orders, thereby this Court disposed of the writ petition by directing the first respondent therein to afford an opportunity of personal hearing to the writ petitioner and to pass appropriate orders. 3.It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that pursuant to the order dated 26.06.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18578 of 2023, opportunity of hearing was given to the writ petitioner and the petitioner herein and the respondent is going to pass orders on 17.04.2024. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
