This writ petition has been filed, challenging the orders in Rc.No.Joint Director (Tea) Cursory Insp.,/C/2016, dated 25.01.2016 and Rc.No.JD (Tea) Cursory Inspection, dated 18.02.2016, passed by the Managing Director, The Indcoserve, IND No.697, No.35, Church Road, Coonoor 643 101, The Nilgiris District, 3rd respondent herein and the Managing Director, The Mercunad Industrial Co-operative Tea Factory Ltd., IND-No.691, Thangadu, Oranalli (PO), The Nilgiris District, 4th respondent herein respectively. But the respondents are not amenable to writ jurisdiction and no Writ would lie against the Co-operative Society. In view of the Full Bench decision of this Court in Marappan, K. v. The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Namakkal reported in 2006 (4) CTC 689, this writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned orders, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
