ORDER

The petitioner, after acquiring B.Sc.,B.Ed., qualification, has acquired the qualification of M.A.(Economics) from Annamalai University during the year 1996. Therefore, he has submitted representations dated 16.06.2014 and 25.05.2015 to the respondents to sanction the second incentive increment for acquiring the higher qualification.

Since the said representations have not been considered, he has come to this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. This Court, considering the limited prayer, without going to the merits, hereby directs the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 16.06.2014 and 25.05.2015 on merit and pass appropriate orders in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
