PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent to remove the obstruction on the pathway situated at Nallur Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District by considering the representation dated 05.07.2017, in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice. For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondents : Mr.S.Karthikeyan, Additional Public Prosecutor for R1 & R2 : No Appearance for R3.
ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent to remove the obstruction on the pathway situated at Nallur Village, Veppur Taluk, Cuddalore District by considering the representation dated 05.07.2017.
2. In this regard there was a quarrel between the petitioner and the third respondent on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. The second respondent registered a case in Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
No.337 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC as against the third respondent herein. If at all any obstruction in the pathway by the third respondent, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the third respondent and also after giving full opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.
3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
