ORDER
The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 16.07.2014 and 10.03.2015 for appointment to a suitable post on compassionate grounds. 2.The petitioner's father late M.R.Subramaniyan, who was working as a Messenger under the second respondent, expired on 25.08.2005, while in service. The petitioner, after completing his M.B.A (Agri-Business), has given a representation dated 16.07.2014 with all necessary documents to the second respondent, seeking suitable employment and he has also sent an identical representation on the same date to the first respondent. The first respondent, through his letter dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
11.08.2014 in Na.Ka.No.11349/Sa.Tho.2/2014, directed the second respondent to take suitable further action on the petitioner's representation.
3.Now the grievance of the petitioner is that though the first respondent has recommended his case to the second respondent, representations dated 16.07.2014 and 10.03.2015, given by the petitioner, has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
5.Considering the fact that the petitioner's request has already been recommended by the first respondent on 11.08.2014, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 16.07.2014 and 10.03.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
