This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 31.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.26305 of 2022 to execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners belong to the same family and that they were unable to furnish two sureties each. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 31.10.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.26305 of 2022.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with common surety for a like sum. Further, the petitioners are directed to surrender and execute the surety as ordered by this Court within a period of two weeks from the date on which the present order copy is made ready, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled. 15.11.2022 vkr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
