This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 14.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18409 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
