This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 31.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.12588 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15087 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week (i.e) on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., first and last working day of every month till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court.
