This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Manadamus calling for the entire records in Na.Ka.T2/5054/17 dated 08.03.2017 from the file of the 1st respondent and consider the petitioner's application dated 28.11.2016 seeking employment on compassionate grounds or in the alternative direct the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner as a sanitary worker on a regular time scale with effect from 2013, since when the petitioner is serving as a temporary sanitary worker in the 3rd respondent Village Panchayat 2017.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st & 4th respondents submitted that the alternate prayer of the petitioner directing the respondents to regularise his services as a Sanitary worker on a regular time scale with effect from 2013 has been complied with and also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 04.01.2021 in support of the same and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that in view of the proceedings dated 04.01.2021 nothings survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the 1st and 4th respondents and as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
