ORDER

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to call for the records on the file of 3rd respondent in reference NITTTRC / MTS / RS/ COMP.Grnds/ 202324/ 9, dated 03.04.2023 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground to the post of C and D category.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner also made endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
