Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order dated 19.06.2017 in G.A.No.5/2016 passed by the first respondent / Appellate Authority, and quash the same as being illegal, perverse, arbitrary and unjust.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner / Corporation would submit that the matter has become infructuous. The lis relates to the verification of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the community certificate. During the pendency of the Writ petition, the competent authority has verified the certificate and held it in favour of the employee.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration of this Court and hence the Writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. The employee is entitled to withdraw whatever benefits being entitled to him which had been withheld on account of pending verification. No costs.
