The petition has been filed to relax the condition no.6(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16274 of 2024 dated 11.07.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioners had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
