CMP No.21957 of 2024 and CRP SR No.79806 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition is filed seeking to accept the cause title in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Fr.B.K.Francis Xavier, the earlier Power Agent has passed away during Covid period and new Power Agent was appointed and therefore prays to accept the cause title.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed and the cause title is accepted.
