Muthusamy (Since Deaceased) v. Kuppusamy

C.M.P.No.11831 of 2017 in S.A.No. 542 of 2014 P.T. ASHA, J, After the amendment, the above petition is filed for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2.The respondent is yet to be served, however, considering the fact that the application for bringing on record was filed within a month from the date of death of the sole appellant. This petition is ordered.

3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Second Appeal.

4.The appellant is directed to take fresh notice to the respondents, returnable by 15.06.2021. Private notice is also permitted.
