Heard Mr.K.Vishwajeeva Yogeshwara, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.R.Dhilipkumar, learned standing Counsel accepting notice for the respondent, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 14.12.2015 wherein, he has requested to shift the main and the meter box to some other place.
3. From the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it appears that there was some civil litigation between the parties. However, those private parties have not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
been impleaded as respondents in this writ petition. The petitioner's representation to shift the main and meter box is said to have been accompanied by original copy of the authorisation letter said to have been given by P.V.Murali and others. Based on this No Objection Certificate, the petitioner wants the shifting work to be carried out. Since the private parties have not been impleaded in this writ petition, the correctness of the contentions raised by the petitioner cannot be gone into at this stage.
4. In any event, considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner to dispose of his representation, without going into the merits of the averments made by the petitioner in his representation, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 14.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders, after issuing notice to all concerned including the persons mentioned in the representation. The above exercise shall be carried out within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. ga s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS-III) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar To
