ORDER

The petitioner, L.Vijayakumar, who is working as a Field Manager in Thiruvannamalai District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Peranamallur Branch, Thiruvannamalai District, has given a representation dated 19.11.2015, seeking promotion on the ground that he is a senior most person and he is eligible for the promotional post of Assistant General Manager, as per the seniority. Since the said representation has not been considered, he has come to this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.As the petitioner was promoted on 17.05.2005 and presently serving as Field Manager in Thiruvannamalai District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Peranamallur Branch, Thiruvannamalai District, this Court is of the view that the petitioner's representation needs to be considered. Therefore, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
