Ms. No.239, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (TRG III) dated 17th July 1995 or in the alternative to direct the 3rd respondent to construct residential apartments for Faculty Members of A & B Wing Foundational Course Training Institute in accordance with Government Order G.O. Ms. No.239, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (TRG.III) dated 17th July 1995.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
