Application No.4985 of 2024 K.KUMARESH BABU, J The present application had been taken out by the applicant herein to seek extension of mandate until 31.03.2025.

2. Heard Mr.Raghunathan learned counsel for the applicant and Ms.Subhashini, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the records.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection to extend the mandate.

4. Considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate until 31.03.2025 from today. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award on or before 31.03.2025 and the respective parties are directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator, for passing Award.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
